During your first visit, we'll begin by talking about your current concerns and go through a detailed history of any previous injuries.
Then, I will analyze a series of fundamental movement patterns, perform specific physical tests and measures. I will then analyze the assessment findings and use clinical reasoning to establish a functional diagnosis.
Together, we will explore your current abilities and functional needs so that I can make a treatment plan that is consistent with your goals and general health status.

Exercise prescription and rehabilitation
With your input, I'll design a personalized exercise program to improve your strength, range of motion, and function.
We'll discuss how changes to your physical environment can help remove any barriers to your health and comfort.
Soft tissue release and fascial stretching
Manual therapy will help to relieve tight muscles, improve range of motion, and reduce pain.
Joint mobilization and manipulation
Restoring range of motion to stiff joints will help to reduce pain and discomfort.
Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine involving the insertion of solid filiform acupuncture needles into the skin at specific points on the body. No drug is injected.
Acupuncture is used to encourage natural healing, improve mood and energy, reduce or relieve pain, and improve function of affected areas of the body. It is safe and effective, and is often successfully used as an alternative to medications, and even surgery.

Receipts for insurance purposes will be provided after each visit.
Please note that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy — if I do not receive at least 24 hours' notice, you will be invoiced for the full appointment fee.
